Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.


Restocking Fees

No restocking fees will be charged.

You will receive a full refund for eligible returned items, excluding any original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
